There are a lot of ways on how to revive a defective harddrive and how to backup your data; one of which is to congeal it into a freezer for about 24 hours; make sure that if you put it inside the fridge it has been fully pack with an anti-static plastic and no water that will penetrate your harddrive.
After 24 hours; make sure if you put it into the computer; connect the defective harddrive to the Slave mode of your controller together with your working harddrive which is your Primary harddrive. After detecting both of your harddrive and before it warms the defective harddrive; copy your important files immediately. That’s it.
Reminder: This scenario is only advisable if you already contacted a technician for a repair and they have told you that there are no options in repairing your harddrive. And this is also not repairing your harddrive to work but rather reviving your critical data.
