Scenario: Usually replacing your ink cartridges of both black and color,  you get an unclear printouts. Don’t worry this is just normal. To clean and align the printhead of your HP 900 Inkjet printer, here’s how:

1. Click on Start button, select and click Control Panel.

2. Double click Printer and Faxes icon,  a dialog box will be displayed.

3. Select and right-mouse click the printer driver of your HP 900.

4. Select and click on “Printing Preferences” and a dialog box will appear.

5. Click on Features Tab and click on Printer Services button.

6. Underneath Device Services Tab, you can choose whether to Align or Clean the Print Cartridge.

7. For unclean printouts, click Clean the Print Cartridge.
